It is widely used in automobiles, machinery, hardware, furniture, FRP products, chemical equipment and other industries, the surface of the workpiece painting, baking paint construction operations. First, the airflow direction is divided into three categories:

1. Cross-flow paint room: Airflow flows from one end of the room to the other. This type of machine is low in cost and easy to install.

2. Side under-painting room: The air enters the paint room through the filter unit of the ceiling and is discharged from the side wall of the room. This is the mid-range price of the paint room. Because the fog is far away from the body, it can remove the fog from the operator's surroundings. Therefore, the paint effect and working environment are ideal.

3. Full under-painting paint room: The air enters from the ceiling and is discharged to the outside through the pit or basement. This exhaust method can make the painting process a cleaner working environment.

Second, by heating method:

Can be divided into diesel paint room, electric heating paint room, steam heating paint room, far infrared paint room, waste oil paint room, natural gas paint room and so on.

Third, the classification of paint mist treatment:

Can be divided into dry paint room and wet paint room (water treatment) two major categories.

The normal use of the paint room is much more dry, so the filtration system (mainly primary filter and secondary filter cotton) should be regularly inspected and replaced, otherwise it will affect the quality of the paint, but may cause Fire.
