The spray booth and the paint booth are the spray equipment we used in spraying. They are generally used for spraying and baking paints. They are widely used in our lives. In fact, there are two different equipments in the spray booth and the paint booth. What is the difference between the spray booth and the paint booth? The following small series will introduce you to everyone.

1. The spray booth is used to paint and paint the painted objects in a room, and the paint booth is used for spraying and baking paint. Therefore, the exact description of the paint booth should be spray booth.

2, spray booths are widely used in China's furniture industry, and paint booths are widely used in the painting, baking and painting of workpieces in the automotive, machinery, hardware, furniture, chemical and other industries.

3. The spray booth is mainly assembled structure. The paint booth adopts the mother-inserted thermal insulation spray wall panel, which has good sealing and heat preservation performance. The side of the house is equipped with a work door to facilitate the entry and exit of the staff.

4. The spray booth is mainly made of stainless steel heat exchanger, which has high heat exchange efficiency and long service life, while the paint booth uses imported filter cotton and low noise and high air volume fan.

5. When the spray booth is painted, the external air is filtered by the primary filter and sent to the roof by the fan, and then purified by the top filter and then enters the room. The air in the room is fully degraded and flows downward at a speed of 0.2-0.3 m/s, so that the paint mist particles after painting cannot stay in the air, and are directly discharged outside the room through the bottom air outlet. This continuous cycle conversion is the fresh air in the room when painting, thus ensuring the quality of the paint to a large extent.

When the paint room is painted, the fan filters the external fresh air, exchanges heat with the heat exchanger, and sends it to the air chamber at the top of the paint booth. After the second filter purification, the hot air passes through the inner circulation of the damper. In addition to a small amount of fresh air, most of the hot air is continuously heated and utilized, so that the temperature in the paint room is gradually increased. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the burner automatically stops; when the temperature drops to the set temperature, the fan and the burner are automatically turned on again, so that the temperature in the paint booth remains relatively constant. When the baking time reaches the set time, the paint booth will automatically shut down and the paint finishes.
